Review: The Traitor Queen

The Traitor Queen by Danielle L. Jensen My rating: 4 of 5 stars "Awake or asleep, all I see is your face. All I hear is your voice. All I feel is you in my arms. All I want is you." [image error] found this aesthetic on Pinterest really tempting so have to post it hehe Solid 4 stars The 2nd book gets way too better plus the angst and "oh I can't trust you" trope in this makes it even harder to put down the book. Review: Jade Fire Gold

Jade Fire Gold by June C.L. Tan My rating: 5 of 5 stars This is exactly how you do the chosen one trope. Best. Done. Ever. Plus, the "I came to kill you" trope. Uffff swear ya gonna scream your lungs out cuz you freaking can't trust anyone in this book, Altan and Ahn give off Zutara vibes lol if anyone agrees so. It does also gives a lot of We hunt the flame, which im lovin irresistibly Surprised how much I'm favoring the chosen one trope in this book, which often irks me. in case you are a sucker for this trope bet you fall in love even more! This effin ends on a cliffhanger I'm dumbfounded that the internet says it is standalone, fuckin can't convince myself it was only one book. It cannot be. There will be no more books, it won't be a series. Let's cry together View all my reviews

Review: A Court of Mist and Fury

A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas My rating: 3 of 5 stars Take a shot every time the word "mate" pops up in the book and you'll find yourself turning out to be an alcoholic later. (Haha, sorry for the exaggeration ) People on bookstagram were hyping up bout Chapter-55, but to me, it was such a fuss. No, actually I did enjoy the previous chapter, far more than the entire book. Idk, I found Rhys confession really heartwarming, it was cute View all my reviews
